For Bank Wire Transfer, please add a $25USD fee in addition to the total order price because your bank & our bank deduct fees for this type of transaction. Instructions for Bank Wire Transfers will be emailed to you after you place your order.

Return Policy
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of shipment date for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds are for the value of the equipment only, less a 15% restocking fee (possibly greater, depending on the condition of the item). Both outbound and return shipping are your responsibility if an item is not purchased. All items (except those specified below) carry a 30-day return policy.

The following items are not returnable for any reason: DVD's, books, Final Scratch / Serato Scratch replacement records, open software, clothing, cartridges, styli, custom orders, lighting products, light bulbs, fog machines, fluids and juices, cables, headphones, cases, racks, lighting stands and any other stands, novelties, bulk products, speakers and PA cabinets, raw speakers, tweeters, slipmats, and jewelry.

Return Instructions
You must contact us through the Customer Service Request Form above for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning your item. Items shipped without an RA number will be refused. Any item found defective upon receipt will be repaired under warranty immediately. All items returned must be in perfect condition, exhibit no scratches or other cosmetic damage and show no signs of wear. All original documentation and materials including, but not limited to warranty cards, instruction manuals and connecting cables must be included for timely refund, exchange or credit. For returns that do not meet these conditions, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you cancel an order which has already been shipped, or if you refuse the delivery of merchandise, you will be billed for any and all shipping charges, as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Return everything in its original condition! After you receive your RA number from us, write the RA number on the outside shipping box, NOT the manufacturer's box. Repack and double box using clear tape ONLY! Insure and ship your items back using a trackable service like FedEx, UPS or DHL. We are not responsible if your return gets lost in the mail. Please allow at least 2 weeks for return processing! Credit card purchases are credited back to the original card. All other purchases are refunded by company check.

Returning Defective or Damaged In Transit Items
If you receive merchandise damaged during transit, please complete the Customer Service Request Form above. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours. To qualify for return shipping, you must notify us of any problems within 72 hours of receipt and be issued a Return Authorization number, or RA#. After this 72 hour period, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Free shipping offer is is valid for orders within the Continental United States where purchased products total over $199.00 USD and fall below specific over-size requirements and weighs less than 40 lbs. When prompted at checkout, US customers that meet these requirements must select "Free Ground Shipping (restrictions apply*)" as their shipping method in order to take advantage of this special promotion. This offer does not apply for expedited delivery or International orders.

For orders under $199 our Shipping Charges are actual cost calculated in Real-Time using the UPS shipping database.
International customers must select "UPS Worldwide Expedited". Canadian customers must select "UPS Standard to Canada" or "UPS Worldwide Expedited".


Shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska must ship through UPS 3 DAY AIR, 2 DAY AIR OR NEXT DAY AIR.

All orders are verified prior to shipment. Customers must choose the appropriate shipping method in order to receive their order without delay.

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.®: Guaranteed overnight delivery on business days by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states and by 8:30 a.m. to most other U.S. cities. Saturday delivery and pickup is available.

UPS Next Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., noon or end of the next business day, depending on destination. Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional time in transit. Saturday delivery and pickup is available for most US locations.

UPS 2nd Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

UPS 3 Day Select®: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to every address in the 48 contiguous states.

UPS Ground: Guaranteed day of delivery to all fifty states and Puerto Rico.

APO & FPO Addresses - Must select First Class Mail as Shipping Option

State/Province/Region field: Enter "AE" in the if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East.

Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Guam and U.S. Protectorates

Having trouble addresses for Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or Federated States of Micronesia? Following these steps should help:

Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses

If you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.

International Destinations:

UPS Worldwide Expedited(SM)*: Guaranteed delivery to more than 61 countries. Canada - typically two business days to most destinations. Mexico - typically within three business days. Major destinations in Europe, Asia, and Central and South America, typically within four or five business days.

UPS Standard To Canada: Guaranteed ground delivery to most addressees in the 10 provinces of Canada. Charges for customs clearance are not included in the rate. Brokerage charges, duties and taxes will be billed to the importer unless otherwise indicated by the shipper.

* Rates include routine in-house customs clearance by UPS Supply Chain Solutions(SM). Additional charges will apply if customs clearance is performed by brokerage offices other than those designated by UPS.
